Yes. All treatments take place conveniently in your own home. I bring all the necessary materials and equipment with me, allowing you to receive professional physiotherapy without having to leave your home.

No. You can book an appointment with or without a doctor's referral. As a registered physiotherapist, I provide private physiotherapy services. Therefore, no doctor's referral is required to book a treatment.
Most treatments last between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on your individual symptoms and your personalised treatment plan.
Simply prepare a quiet area where you can move around comfortably. I will bring everything needed for the treatment, allowing you to focus entirely on your recovery.
